Tracking your order


Order Confirmation

Once payment for your order is confirmed, you will receive an email detailing your 'confirmation of order' containing the items you have ordered. Should there be errors with any aspect of the order, please notify us immediately.

The production process can start within two hours of your order being placed and we are sometimes unable to make amendments to orders once this process has begun.

Once we have despatched your order, you will receive a ‘confirmation of despatch’ email providing a link to view tracking information.

You can also track your order by entering your order number and delivery postcode below.



Despatch Date

The despatch date of your goods is dependent upon the lead time shown against the product information. Once you order has been dispatched you will receive an email informing you of the tracking id and a link to the tracking information provided by the courier. Please allow 1 working day for the items to arrive at the shipping address before contacting us. PLease note, if you are in an Exception Area, your delivery may take up to 5 working days.
