Should you want to buy new louvres to use with one of our headrail, simply measure the length of the existing louvres from the very top of the material to the very bottom. We will not make any deductions from the measurements provided.

How do you measure a vertical blind headrail?

You’ll need to measure the width of your window recess at the top, middle and bottom to the nearest 0.1cm then repeat for the vertical measurement from the left, middle and right-hand side.

Send us the lowest of the three numbers for both and we’ll take it form there.

How do you shorten vertical louvres?

We don’t recommend shortening louvres as they will stop working properly and may look a little strange. If you need replacements, measure your existing louvres then contact our team who will be happy to help.

What is the standard size for vertical blinds?

As windows don’t come in a standard size, neither do vertical blinds. To ensure the perfect look, take five minutes to carefully measure your space and we’ll make a made-to-measure vertical blind just for you.
