Fastrack delivery costs £4.95 per item plus the additional standard delivery charge if the order is under £149.00.

If you place an order with fastrack delivery before 12pm, we will despatch your order within 2-3 working days. If your order is placed after 12pm, your order will be despatched 2-3 days after the following working day.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to despatch your order in time, we will refund you the cost of any additional £4.95 charges (not the standard delivery charge).

There are certain areas of the UK where we cannot always guarantee a next day service. These areas include some Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and Northern and Southern Ireland. Fastrack delivery is not a guaranteed service and certain events beyond our control (such as freak weather, traffic accidents etc) may cause a delay.

Bank holidays and weekends are not classed as working days.

Look out for ‘Fastrack Delivery available’ in your cart for products that qualify for the fastrack service.
