for day & night blinds

The process of measuring for your new Day & Night blinds is hassle free and easier than you might expect. To show how simple it is, we've included some top tips for both Recess and Exact fittings below.

Inside Recess (RECESS SIZE) This measurement is required if your Day & Night blind will fit within the window recess. To begin with, measure the width and drop from three positions and supply the smallest number. Once complete, our team will then make the required deductions, ensuring the blind fits effortlessly within the window's recess.

Outside Recess (EXACT SIZE) You'll need to supply an exact size measurement for a blind that will hang outside the window recess. To start, decide how much to overlap the recess - on both sides and the top and bottom - we recommend 7.5cm each as a minimum. Afterwards, measure the width and the drop in three different positions then provide the smallest measurement.
