Each blind is manufactured with a maximum chain length of one metre, keeping it out of reach of small children. If you require a chain longer than one metre, please contact us when you have placed your order. Conditions will still apply in accordance with child safety regulations.

existing louvres from the very top of the material to the very bottom. We will not make any
deductions from the measurements provided.

Midrail Position

If provided with a midrail height, we will endeavour to get the midrail position as close as possible to where you request, however it is not always possible to be exact due to size of louvres.

Slat Tolerance

Please note, all made to measure are produced to a +/- 5mm tolerance level. This is in addition to any recess deduction. When ordering a made to measure item, you are responsible for entering you required width and drop, therefore the product cannot be returned under normal terms and conditions.

Shutter Options

These shutters are custom made to your specifications. It is very important that you check each of the options available to ensure that they meet your requirements. Please read our measuring guide carefully to ensure that all your sizes are correct(all sizes are in centimetres). You will be prompted with a list of all the sizes and options prior to adding the product to your shopping cart. We may also contact you to request further information before manufacturing starts to ensure we have the exact details for you shutters.

Recess Depths

To ensure the best fit for your shutters, please ensure your window recess has a minimum depth of 5cm.

Many of our products are built to order and made to measure. Once you place your order, we promptly source the necessary components. As soon as they arrive, we’ll craft your blind and contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. Therefore, some orders may take longer.

Blinds Direct Returns

Our usual refund policy doesn’t apply to made-to-measure products, which cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described. Standard products can be returned within 30 days if unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
