How to measure a window for Curtains
Should you want to buy new louvres to use with one of our headrail, simply measure the length of the
existing louvres from the very top of the material to the very bottom. We will not make any
deductions from the measurements provided.

Important Notes
The fabric width
If the width of your curtain is wider than the manufacturer's fabric width (shown in the details tab) then we will need to make a join. If this is the case, we will take extreme care to ensure the patterns are correctly aligned.
Width of your curtain
All curtains are handmade in increments of 1/2 widths. If another width of material is required to complete your curtains, the actual width may be wider than requested. When ordering a made to measure item, you are responsible for entering you required width and drop, therefore the product cannot be returned under normal terms and conditions.

Made to measure blinds & curtains
Please note, our made to measure blinds are produced to a +/- 5mm tolerance level and +/- 3cm for curtains. This is in addition to any recess deduction. When ordering a made to measure item, you are responsible for entering you required width and drop, therefore the product cannot be returned under normal terms and conditions.

Many of our products are built to order and made to measure. Once you place your order, we promptly source the necessary components. As soon as they arrive, we’ll craft your blind and contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. Therefore, some orders may take longer.
Blinds Direct Returns
Our usual refund policy doesn’t apply to made-to-measure products, which cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described. Standard products can be returned within 30 days if unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
