existing louvres from the very top of the material to the very bottom. We will not make any
deductions from the measurements provided.

Made to measure blinds & curtains
Please note, our made to measure blinds are produced to a +/- 5mm tolerance level and +/- 3cm for curtains. This is in addition to any recess deduction. When ordering a made to measure item, you are responsible for entering you required width and drop, therefore the product cannot be returned under normal terms and conditions.

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described. Standard products can be returned within 30 days if unused and in their original packaging.
