All of our blinds, curtains and furnishings are hand-cut by our in-house manufacturing team, right here at our factory in Yorkshire. Each product is individually checked by a thorough quality controller before despatch, guaranteeing that every item that leaves our warehouse is the very highest quality.

Child Safety

That's why all of our blinds are supplied with a child safety device, which ensures cords and chains are safely secured to the wall, preventing the risk of strangulation. Each blind is manufactured with a maximum chain length of one metre, keeping it out of reach of small children. If you require a chain longer than one metre, please contact us when you have placed your order. Conditions will still apply in accordance with child safety regulations.

Many of our products are built to order and made to measure. Once you place your order, we promptly source the necessary components. As soon as they arrive, we’ll craft your blind and contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. Therefore, some orders may take longer.

Blinds Direct Returns

Our usual refund policy doesn’t apply to made-to-measure products, which cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described. Standard products can be returned within 30 days if unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
