How to measure outside recess (exact fitting)
Should you want to buy new louvres to use with one of our headrail, simply measure the length of the
existing louvres from the very top of the material to the very bottom. We will not make any
deductions from the measurements provided.

Important Notes
Bay Windows
We do not recommend installing this type of product in a bay window. This is due to the fabric width being narrower than the size ordered. Furthermore, the blinds will not be pattern matched.
Recess Depths
Day & Night blinds are supplied with universal brackets which provide options for both top and face fixtures. For a top fix inside your window's recess, the minimum recess depth is 8cm. For face fixing blinds, the recess will need to be at least 9cm.

Made to measure blinds & curtains
Please note, our made to measure blinds are produced to a +/- 5mm tolerance level and +/- 3cm for curtains. This is in addition to any recess deduction. When ordering a made to measure item, you are responsible for entering you required width and drop, therefore the product cannot be returned under normal terms and conditions.
Child Safety P-Clip Guidance
All our blinds are supplied with Child Safety P-Clips, and we strongly recommend fitting them during installation. For Day and Night Blinds in particular, installing the P-Clips not only helps keep cords safely secured, but also prevents unsecured cords from rubbing against the fabric over time, which can cause unnecessary wear or fraying.

Blinds Direct Returns
Our usual refund policy doesn’t apply to made-to-measure products, which cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described. Standard products can be returned within 30 days if unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
