Top tip for measuring

When ordering a recess or exact size vertical blind - Please be aware that we will make the louvres shorter than the drop ordered. This is because we deduct the depth of the headrail from the drop ordered and in addition to this, we deduct for clearance on a recess blind only. Should you require the louvres to be the exact drop entered, these need to be ordered as louvres only.

Our accessories

White headrails are supplied with matching white accessories, weights and chains. All other headrail colours are supplied with black ones.

Made to measure blinds

Please note, all made to measure are produced to a +/- 5mm tolerance level. This is in addition to any recess deduction. When ordering a made to measure item, you are responsible for entering you required width and drop, therefore the product cannot be returned under normal terms and conditions.

Delivery

Free UK Mainland delivery for orders over £169.00. For orders under £169.00 we only charge £7.95 for UK Mainland delivery.

International delivery is available, the price will be calculated during the checkout process.

Child Safety

We take the safety and well-being of children very seriously. That's why all of our blinds are supplied with a child safety device, which ensures cords and chains are safely secured to the wall, preventing the risk of strangulation. Each blind is manufactured with a maximum chain length of one metre, keeping it out of reach of small children. If you require a chain longer than one metre, please contact us when you have placed your order. Conditions will still apply in accordance with child safety regulations.

We are proud members of the British Blinds and Shutters Association (BBSA). The BBSA is a leading trade association that represents manufacturers and suppliers of blinds and shutters. As members of the BBSA, we are committed to supplying blinds that a child-safe, and all of our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure they comply with the guidelines outlined in the British and European Safety Standard (BS EN 13120:2009+A1:2014).
