If you are struggling to find it, we have built a handy lookup table where you can measure the visible glass size and convert it back to a window code. view glass size lookup table.
Top tip: If you have an older Velux window and your window size is prefixed by a 0, don’t worry about this. They are the same. For example, there is no difference between GGL-4 and GGL-04.

Our usual refund policy doesn’t apply to made-to-measure products, which cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described. Standard products can be returned within 30 days if unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
